To start a conference from Lotus Notes or Lotus Sametime, you can install the Meetings plug-in. You can install the plug-in to the following clients:

• IBM Lotus Notes 8.0.1 or higher
• IBM Lotus Sametime 7.5x or higher

Installing the plug-in

1. Perform one of the following steps:
   • Lotus Notes: Select File > Application > Install.
   • Lotus Sametime: Select Tools > Plug-ins > Install Plug-ins.
2. Select Search for new features to install, and then click Next. The Application Location box displays.
3. Click the Add Remote Location... button, and then add the following:
   • Name: LotusLive Meetings Plugin
4. Click OK to continue, and then click the entry that was just created, and click Next.
5. Select the check box for LotusLive Meetings Plug-In for Notes/Sametime, and click Next.
6. To continue, you must accept the license agreement, and click Next.
7. Click Finish. If a window displays about trusted signers, you must select Install this plug-in and OK to continue.
8. Select Yes to restart.

Notes

• Complete the setup by adding your Meeting ID in the Meetings Preferences of the plug-in.
• Look for the Set Meeting Preferences link in the plug-in.
